Dismantling
The entire machine is dismantled after
receiving from Ship Breaking Yard. This is done in our warehouse for separating
them for different testing procedures.
Cleaning
Each and every part of the machinery is
properly cleaned with appropriate chemicals.
Pressure Testing
It is done as per standard requirements
Calibrations
Every single part of the machine is calibrated
against the standard calibrations respectively.
Ultrasonic Gauging
This facility is provided as per customer
requirement.
Crack Detection
The machine is fully checked to spot cracks in
any its part.
Final Check Up
After the entire testing is done, all machinery
parts are personally rechecked for final satisfaction.
Anti-corrosion
Finally to avoid corrosion, all machine parts
are treated with grease and other necessary chemicals.
Planting
Machines are then painted as per requirement.
Packing
These machine are then packed and are ready to
be delivered to you
